Dinosaur Train Birthday Bash

The week before we moved (post to come on that later), we had a Dinosaur Train Birthday Bash for Nick’s third birthday. He loved it! It took a bit of planning, but once everything was all decorated, it looked great!

Happy Anniversary!

Four years ago yesterday, I married the most amazing, handsome, funny, intelligent man. He respects me, understands me, and makes each day better than the one before. With Bryan, things are easy, with that perfect mix of comfortable and exciting.

Three!!

Nicholas turns three tomorrow! All I have left to do for his party  is vacuum and move some boxes into the bedroom tomorrow before we head out to get his cake and cookies. This year his birthday seems even more special because he really understands that tomorrow is his birthday and that means a party, chocolate cake, and presents. He has grown up so much in just the past month. He read his first book and can spell and write even more words now. It’s so cute to watch him walk around saying, “Happy Birthday, Nicholas!” followed by him spelling it out. He’s also more cuddly than ever. He loves to come up to us and ask for kisses and hugs. Then he’ll say, “Awe! So sweet!”

It still seems like just yesterday Bryan and I were in the hospital, anxiously waiting for Nicholas to pop out. My pregnancy and delivery were anything but easy, but I’d do it all over again to have my little boy. I wouldn’t do it for any other kid except for him.
